Job Summary

Managing funding valuations and benefit calculations for defined benefit pension plans, the full-time Account Manager for Pension Plans will perform analyses, prepare valuation reports, and ensure compliance with IRS regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Code valuation software for single employer funding valuations, including reconciliations and government filings
  • Prepare benefit calculations and required minimum distributions based on plan provisions and IRS rules
  • Conduct non-discrimination testing and assist with special projects related to plan amendments and terminations
Required qualifications
  • College degree required
  • Five or more years of pension experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Word skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
