Job Summary
Managing funding valuations and benefit calculations for defined benefit pension plans, the full-time Account Manager for Pension Plans will perform analyses, prepare valuation reports, and ensure compliance with IRS regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Code valuation software for single employer funding valuations, including reconciliations and government filings
- Prepare benefit calculations and required minimum distributions based on plan provisions and IRS rules
- Conduct non-discrimination testing and assist with special projects related to plan amendments and terminations
Required qualifications
- College degree required
- Five or more years of pension experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Word skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
