Job Summary
Managing a defined portfolio of high-potential Pre-Professional sellers, the full-time remote Account Manager for Pre-Professionals will drive adoption, retention, and graduation into higher-value tiers while utilizing data insights and personalized enablement strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Drive proactive engagement with a targeted portfolio of Pre-Professional sellers to facilitate their growth
- Establish relationships and guide sellers through their transition into the Professional tier, ensuring effective onboarding
- Track seller progress and outcomes through CRM logging and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize performance
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or portfolio growth roles
- Demonstrated success in driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth within a SaaS or marketplace environment
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence and inspire sellers
- Ownership mentality with a passion for helping small sellers scale
