Account Manager for Publications

Job Summary

Managing and growing client accounts with a focus on publications, the full-time remote Account Manager for Publications will oversee project management, ensure high-quality delivery, and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client interactions and oversee project delivery from briefing to completion
• Maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and manage account performance
• Identify and support new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to proposals

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a client-facing, project or account management role in a medical communications agency
• Prior experience working on a publications-focused account is essential
• Experience managing complex projects with financial management responsibilities
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and publication planning software such as iEnvision
