Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships, the full-time Account Manager for SMBs will manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients remotely, focusing on account management, customer success, and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention targets through proactive account management
- Partner with Customer Success to enhance customer adoption, retention, and identify growth opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to foster long-term strategic partnerships and ensure seamless customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and achieve measurable sales targets
- Strong computer skills, with experience in tools such as Salesforce and Slack
- Experience conducting effective meetings with clients, both in-person and virtually
- Familiarity with the SMB market and its unique challenges and opportunities
