A company is looking for an Account Manager for Unit4 Financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of U4F customers as their primary commercial contact and product advocate
• Own customer retention and expansion outcomes, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct structured account reviews to understand customer priorities and future roadmap needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software customers, preferably in financial management or ERP
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving revenue and account growth targets
• Ability to build trust with senior finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proactive, consultative approach with strong organizational discipline
• Comfort working in a transforming environment with evolving processes and product offerings
