Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Central Queue (French Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall relationship with the most valuable segment of restaurant customers
• Resolve customer cases and tasks daily while driving engagement on the platform
• Share data with restaurants to encourage behavior changes and adoption of services

Required Qualifications

• Account management experience with a proven record in consultative selling
• Deep knowledge of restaurant operations
• Bilingual in English and French
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent preferred
• Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM solution is a plus
