Job Summary
To strengthen and scale long-term relationships with game development clients in North America, the full-time remote Account Manager - Game Art will manage client engagement, facilitate communication between internal teams, and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key relationship partner, supporting Business Development and client accounts throughout active engagements
- Support Business Development in maintaining the long-term health and growth of assigned accounts, including renewals and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with Producers to ensure client priorities and communication expectations are clearly understood and addressed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles
- Experience supporting international clients, particularly North American accounts
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across distributed teams and multiple time zones
- Knowledge of AAA game development pipelines or art production workflows is preferred
