Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of customers in the Great Plains region, the full-time remote Account Manager will build relationships, drive sales growth, and support Outside Sales Representatives through strategic engagement and data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains strategic account engagement through consistent outreach and follow-up to Outside Sales activities
- Builds comprehensive relationships across customer organizations to understand needs and buying patterns
- Partners closely with Outside Sales to align with customer go-to-market strategies and maximize sales opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proven track record of professional sales/account management experience (1+ years), preferably in the promotional products and apparel industry
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with a customer-centric approach
- Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through customer data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications with strong technical aptitude
