Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Growth (ET hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a defined book of package customers, responsible for renewals and expansion
  • Lead pricing normalization efforts and proactive renewal cycles, including negotiations
  • Analyze account trends to identify opportunities for strengthening retention and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, or Sales within B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated accountability for net revenue retention and expansion targets
  • Experience leading pricing and contract negotiations independently
  • Proficient in navigating CRM systems and internal tools for pipeline and forecasting management
  • English as a first language; additional languages are a plus
