Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Growth (ET hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Own a defined book of package customers, responsible for renewals and expansion
- Lead pricing normalization efforts and proactive renewal cycles, including negotiations
- Analyze account trends to identify opportunities for strengthening retention and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, or Sales within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated accountability for net revenue retention and expansion targets
- Experience leading pricing and contract negotiations independently
- Proficient in navigating CRM systems and internal tools for pipeline and forecasting management
- English as a first language; additional languages are a plus
