Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time Account Manager, Growth will manage existing enterprise accounts remotely, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and renewing contracts while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer relationships and expand service offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage expansion efforts across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, building pipeline and closing deals
- Consistently achieve expansion revenue targets by engaging new stakeholders and departments within existing customer organizations
- Lead renewal discussions with a focus on growth opportunities, positioning new products and deepening partnerships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management with a focus on expansion within enterprise accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a solid understanding of pricing and contract strategies
- Ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management
- Experience in SaaS or technology solutions related to supply chain, logistics, or transportation technology
