Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 100-200 accounts, the full-time Account Manager, Healthcare Sales will drive revenue growth through relationship building, strategic account planning, and consultative sales approaches in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans while managing revenue targets and renewal rates
- Analyze customer usage data to understand account health and proactively address issues
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across various advertising formats and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Required qualifications
- 4-year undergraduate degree
- Prior experience managing strategic accounts within healthcare publishing or pharma media
- Experience navigating U.S. healthcare advertising compliance requirements
- Proven success in exceeding financial sales goals using a consultative sales approach
- Ability to independently manage a book of business with a hunter mentality focused on revenue growth
