Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of hotel partners, the full-time remote Account Manager - Hotel Tech will focus on performance improvement, revenue growth, and operational quality while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance partner success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hotel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and operational improvements
- Identify underperforming hotels and implement action plans to enhance performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding processes and improve portfolio management workflows
Required qualifications
- Experience in hotel technology, travel tech, or hospitality SaaS with a focus on account management
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, pricing, and commercial performance
- Proven ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics to drive decisions
- Experience working directly with hotels in a commercial or customer success capacity
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively
