Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of hotel partners, the full-time remote Account Manager - Hotel Tech will focus on performance improvement, revenue growth, and operational quality while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance partner success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and operational improvements
• Identify underperforming hotels and implement action plans to enhance performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding processes and improve portfolio management workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience in hotel technology, travel tech, or hospitality SaaS with a focus on account management
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution, pricing, and commercial performance
• Proven ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics to drive decisions
• Experience working directly with hotels in a commercial or customer success capacity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively
