Account Manager I

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager I.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive new loan submissions and coordinate the closing of loans within a specified time frame
• Assist with loan processing and maintain an accurate pipeline of loans, ensuring timely follow-up on all deals
• Review files for quality assurance and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage origination, preferably in private/hard money space
• Non-agency product experience preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with a Loan Operating System is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
