Job Summary
Driving revenue growth within a designated book of business, the full-time remote Account Manager I will manage upsell opportunities, collaborate with Renewals Managers, and execute a strategic renewals process while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within the assigned book of business
- Partner with Renewals Managers to scope and manage the renewals process for growth
- Own all commercial activity and maintain account and pipeline opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of software sales experience with a strong preference for Human Capital Management sales experience
- Documented success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- Experience selling to C-level executives and HR professionals
- Ability to work independently and manage performance effectively
