Job Summary

Driving revenue growth within a designated book of business, the full-time remote Account Manager I will manage upsell opportunities, collaborate with Renewals Managers, and execute a strategic renewals process while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within the assigned book of business
  • Partner with Renewals Managers to scope and manage the renewals process for growth
  • Own all commercial activity and maintain account and pipeline opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of software sales experience with a strong preference for Human Capital Management sales experience
  • Documented success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and HR professionals
  • Ability to work independently and manage performance effectively
