  • Consistently achieve high customer retention and renewal rates
  • Develop technical solutions and document issues using CRM system
  • Identify and manage risks, and develop resolution strategies

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in SaaS solutions and sales
  • Background in quota-carrying sales with a track record of success
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and revenue generation
  • Experience in analyzing customer accounts and identifying growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years related experience
