Account Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, II to provide processing and sales support for loan applications from Wholesale Loan Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Main contact for communication and support between Brokers and various departments throughout the loan process
• Ensure compliance deadlines are met and monitor incoming documents from Brokers
• Proactively monitor the loan pipeline to ensure timely funding and maintain accurate data entry

Required Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate's degree
• Two to five years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or mortgage Loan Processor
• FHA & VA background with knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Experience with Calyx Point and DataTrac preferred
