Account Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, II to provide processing and sales support for loan applications from Wholesale Loan Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between Brokers and various departments throughout the loan process
• Ensure compliance deadlines are met and monitor incoming documents from Brokers
• Proactively manage the loan pipeline to ensure timely funding and communicate updates with Brokers and Account Executives

Required Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or mortgage Loan Processor
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate's degree
• Full knowledge of RESPA regulations as it pertains to the GFE
• FHA & VA background preferred
• Experience with Calyx Point and DataTrac is preferred
