Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager II to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative customer services for new or established accounts
- Manage accounts with a minimum revenue of $1m each and a combined total of over $3m
- Conduct regular stewardship meetings and ensure client service expectations are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales and marketing
- Demonstrated experience in account management
- Training within the insurance industry, managed care, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications
- Completion of relevant product training modules
