Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager II to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative customer services for new or established accounts
  • Manage accounts with a minimum revenue of $1m each and a combined total of over $3m
  • Conduct regular stewardship meetings and ensure client service expectations are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales and marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in account management
  • Training within the insurance industry, managed care, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Completion of relevant product training modules
