Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager II - Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within a designated book of business
- Generate business opportunities through partnerships, networking, and customer engagement
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software sales experience with a BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- Experience in Human Capital Management sales is highly preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage performance effectively
- Experience selling to C-level executives and HR professionals
