Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager II - Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within a designated book of business
  • Generate business opportunities through partnerships, networking, and customer engagement
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software sales experience with a BA/BS degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in Human Capital Management sales is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage performance effectively
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and HR professionals
