Job Summary
To provide leave of absence coverage, the remote Account Manager II will manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating campaign execution while working within a designated time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor for clients by organizing status calls and monitoring campaign deadlines
- Identify upsell opportunities during and post-campaign to foster partnership growth
- Advocate for the Voice of the Customer to enhance the Retail Media Network and ensure accurate revenue tracking
Required qualifications
- BS/BA Degree
- 4-5 years of Account Management Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred
