Key Responsibilities
  • Manage proactive relationships with clients, advisors, and third-party administrators for retirement plans
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction through exceptional customer service and effective communication
  • Oversee annual and operational activities related to assigned plans, ensuring compliance and timely administration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in defined contribution/financial services
  • Experience in client-facing roles related to plan administration, implementation, and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional certification such as ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA, or NIPA (APA) preferred or in progress
