Account Manager Influencer Relations

Job Summary

Managing influencer relationships, the fully remote Account Manager, Influencer Relations will execute healthcare influencer marketing campaigns, ensure seamless communication between clients and influencers, and support both strategic and executional aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, coordinating meetings to align on campaign milestones and performance
• Identify relevant influencers for campaigns, oversee contracts, and ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
• Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimizations and provide updates to clients on content status and deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer relations, communications, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree required
• Previous experience working with healthcare or medical influencers is highly preferred
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Ability to thrive in a remote setting and manage multiple client expectations simultaneously
