Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of up to 500 core customers, the full-time Account Manager - Iowa will develop long-term producer relationships, oversee farm direct grain origination, and execute regional strategies while working remotely from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and maintain relationships with producer accounts to secure grain supply chains
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within ADM's portfolio
- Engage with internal teams to support regional initiatives and ensure effective contract management
Required qualifications
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or agriculture
- 1 to 10 years of experience in sales or account management
- Basic understanding of grain markets and production agriculture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team
