Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner for global enterprise clients in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of global enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of mental health solutions
  • Own the retention strategy for Japan-based entities, identifying churn risks and delivering data-driven business reviews
  • Serve as the dedicated contact for key strategic accounts, navigating internal hierarchies to ensure high-quality service delivery


Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management
  • Experience with large global customers is desirable
  • Experience in EAP management or healthcare sales is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English
  • Experience in financial management of client contracts is essential
