Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner for global enterprise clients in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of global enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of mental health solutions
- Own the retention strategy for Japan-based entities, identifying churn risks and delivering data-driven business reviews
- Serve as the dedicated contact for key strategic accounts, navigating internal hierarchies to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management
- Experience with large global customers is desirable
- Experience in EAP management or healthcare sales is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English
- Experience in financial management of client contracts is essential
