- Develops and maintains professional relationships within the customer organization to maximize efficiency
Required Qualifications
- University or Bachelor's Degree preferred; advanced degree or MBA desired
- Typically 6-10+ years of account management experience
- Experience in the IT industry preferred, with a background in vertical industry advantageous
- Experience in various sales roles is a plus
- Knowledge of IT technology and trends is essential
