Account Manager - Kenya

Job Summary

As the first point of contact for newly registered clients, the full-time Account Manager - Kenya will manage onboarding, account verification, and platform setup remotely while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to guide them through account registration and KYC verification
• Assist clients with MT4/MT5 platform setup and ensure successful account activation
• Resolve onboarding issues and maintain accurate CRM records while achieving onboarding and activation targets

Required qualifications

• Experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech, or financial services
• Client-facing sales or account management experience
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 is an advantage
• Comfortable using CRM systems
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely
