Job Summary
As the first point of contact for newly registered clients, the full-time Account Manager - Kenya will manage onboarding, account verification, and platform setup remotely while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contact new clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to guide them through account registration and KYC verification
- Assist clients with MT4/MT5 platform setup and ensure successful account activation
- Resolve onboarding issues and maintain accurate CRM records while achieving onboarding and activation targets
Required qualifications
- Experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech, or financial services
- Client-facing sales or account management experience
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
