Job Summary

Owning and growing a strategically significant portfolio of mid-market law firm accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager, Law will drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives while ensuring long-term client retention and executive alignment.

Key responsibilities
  • Executing strategic account plans to balance client retention with expansion growth objectives
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Building executive-level relationships and leading commercial discussions on renewals and contract expansions
Required qualifications
  • JD degree and experience in the legal industry, preferably within a law firm or legal technology company
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development
  • Strong understanding of law firm operations and legal technology
  • Proven ability to drive client growth and retention
  • Experience managing customer activity and forecasting in Salesforce or a similar CRM
