Account Manager, League One Volleyball
Job Summary
Managing the complex execution of individual and group travel for League One Volleyball, the full-time Account Manager will provide exceptional service to coaches, athletes, and staff while working remotely from California or Nevada.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange all aspects of individual and group travel, including bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service through effective communication
- Coordinate and communicate traveler itineraries and changes, ensuring timely data management
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in relationship building and maintenance
- Knowledge of Sabre or similar Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Experience in individual and group travel bookings
- Understanding of visa and country legal document requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and general office PC-based programs
