Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager Liaison to provide operational and administrative support to the Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload nurse profiles into vendor management systems and ensure accurate submissions
  • Assist with job order entry and maintain job postings while keeping order statuses updated
  • Support Account Managers with submission file reviews and maintain accurate client information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of general office, administrative, or operational support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
