Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager Liaison to provide operational and administrative support to the Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload nurse profiles into vendor management systems and ensure accurate submissions
- Assist with job order entry and maintain job postings while keeping order statuses updated
- Support Account Managers with submission file reviews and maintain accurate client information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of general office, administrative, or operational support experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
