Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Lubricant Components Americas to drive commercial and technical account management for strategic customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional and global customer strategies to drive profitability and strengthen partnerships
  • Translate customer needs into actionable insights and initiatives for sustainable growth with strategic customers
  • Manage contract negotiations and pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA or technical MSc preferred
  • Solid understanding of fuel and lubricants chemistry and additive technologies
  • 5+ years of industrial experience in account management, sales, or commercial leadership roles
  • Strong business acumen, including P&L responsibility and pricing strategy
  • Demonstrated customer-oriented mindset and experience driving new customer projects
