Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Client Marketing Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hotel and resort client marketing campaigns to achieve strategic goals and maximize online visibility
  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Provide training and consultative services to clients, ensuring proficiency in using services and achieving sales objectives through upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business from an accredited college or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of hotel experience with sales, operations, and marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and strong Internet research skills
  • Analytical and reporting skills, specifically with Google or Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team environment
