Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage client communications and relationships in the healthcare benefits sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with partners and employees to implement and maintain healthcare arrangements and cost containment initiatives
  • Manage post-implementation relationships with broker partners, sales teams, and clients
  • Provide best-practice advice and recommendations based on client and broker engagement experiences
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience in a client-facing account management role
  • Knowledge of health insurance and/or self-insurance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to manage relationships in a consultative role
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with minimal supervision
