Job Summary

Seeking a relationship-driven, full-time Account Manager - Mass Channel, the candidate will manage a portfolio of retail accounts, drive customer retention and revenue growth, and lead a team of Sales Coordinators in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and stakeholders while managing account retention and satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform account strategy and secure new item distribution across channels
  • Plan and execute trade spend and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with profitability standards and retailer calendars
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing retail accounts in CPG, beauty, or consumer products, with familiarity in major retail channels
  • Analytical mindset with experience using syndicated data tools and evaluating trade spend ROI
  • Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with retail buyers and category managers
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring junior team members effectively
