Account Manager Medical Communications

Job Summary

Supporting client relationships in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, the full-time Account Manager, Medical Communications will manage project delivery, coordinate client communications, and contribute to long-term partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute project delivery for various medical communication initiatives, including advisory boards and industry-sponsored events
• Guide day-to-day project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
• Attend client-related meetings, manage communications, and assist in the submission of required assets for review and approval

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, molecular biology, pharmacology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably in medical communications
• General knowledge of medical sciences and healthcare delivery
• Experience with Veeva Vault - PromoMats system is a plus
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet competing deadlines
