Job Summary

Managing a range of global Medical Affairs projects, the full-time Account Manager - Medical Communications will oversee project delivery, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams in a hybrid or remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global Medical Affairs projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Deliver various activities including booth deliverables, congress activities, expert meetings, and digital initiatives
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, fostering collaborative relationships and managing project finances

Required qualifications

• Experience in delivering Medical Affairs or medical education programmes
• BSc in Life Sciences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Confidence in communicating with pharmaceutical clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project resources
