Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager for Medicare Advantage Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned Medicare Advantage Plan partners and ensure account health
• Drive enrollment performance and identify opportunities for program growth and improvement
• Coordinate operational processes and ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage Plan requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management or partnership management within healthcare
• Experience with Medicare Advantage Plans or managed care organizations
• Strong understanding of MA Plan operations and care management workflows
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships across various stakeholders
