Job Summary
Account Manager, Medicare Supplement is a full-time position responsible for managing relationships with ACOs and Medicare Supplement carriers, focusing on enrollment performance and program adoption to improve dementia care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned ACO and MediGap carrier partners, ensuring effective communication and support
- Drive enrollment performance and identify opportunities for program improvement through provider education and engagement strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and monitor compliance with governance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or partnership management within healthcare
- Experience with ACOs, Medicare Advantage plans, or Medicare Supplement carriers
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and population health models
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
