Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers through key lifecycle events and initiatives
  • Consult with clients to understand their HR, IT, Finance, and global workforce management needs
  • Navigate the sales process, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience in account management, sales, or quota-carrying customer success
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota through new product sales
  • Ability to run a structured sales process and build long-term commercial relationships
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Courage to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
