Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 40-60 mid-sized accounts, focusing on account health and expansion
  • Conduct consultative upselling and lead Quarterly Account Reviews with stakeholders
  • Forecast renewal cycles and manage the negotiation process for contract renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, specifically with Mid-Market accounts
  • Proven track record of maintaining a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 100%+
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder sales processes involving Legal, IT, Procurement, and Finance
  • Strong technical aptitude for learning complex products quickly
  • Project management skills to handle multiple renewal cycles and training schedules simultaneously
