Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of SMB, commercial, and mid-market accounts, the remote Account Manager - Mid-Market will manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, retention, and expansion while driving growth through strategic account planning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer lifecycle for growth segment accounts, serving as the primary post-sale contact
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities through account planning and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans and ensure customer feedback is integrated into business processes
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven account management experience in SMB, commercial, or mid-market segments
- Demonstrated success in achieving renewal and expansion targets
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to navigate renewals and contract discussions
- Tech-forward mindset with experience leveraging AI tools for client engagement and account analysis
- Adaptable and self-directed with a resourceful approach to prioritizing tasks
