Job Summary
Managing a focused book of RIAs and independent advisory firms, the full-time Account Manager, Mid-Market will drive adoption, retention, and expansion while engaging key stakeholders remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative processes to develop clear account strategies based on each firm's goals and priorities
- Negotiate and close expansion and renewal deals with firm owners and decision-makers
- Run business reviews with firm leadership to demonstrate value and align on next steps
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS account management or sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience managing relationships with RIAs, independent advisory firms, or financial services companies
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows and client management practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience running business reviews
- Bonus: Familiarity with fintech, wealthtech, or financial services; experience with RIAs or broker-dealers
