Job Summary

Owning the full commercial relationship and customer success for a portfolio of 50 to 100 mid-market accounts, the full-time Account Manager - Mid-Market Segment will drive meaningful outcomes and expansions while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer success and revenue outcomes, focusing on renewals and cross-selling into ElevenLabs' product suite
  • Advise clients on agent design, voice customization, and integrations, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products
  • Utilize product data to identify health signals and expansion opportunities, proactively addressing potential risks of churn
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
  • Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes, including quotas, renewals, and expansions without relying on a sales team
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations with developers or engineering teams, with familiarity in AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs
  • Experience using product data to monitor account health and identify expansion opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including founders and technical leads
