Job Summary
Managing and growing an assigned portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Account Manager, Minerals will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on relationship building, customer satisfaction, and revenue maximization in a remote capacity, preferably for candidates based in Western Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and engagement
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer retention objectives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations and identify opportunities for account expansion
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Over five years of related sales or business development experience
- Expert knowledge of business line services and strong business acumen
- Proficiency in using various computer software, including CRM and sales tracking tools
- Ability to demonstrate customer-centric selling techniques and strong presentation skills
