Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (New England).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Account Executive in maintaining and growing business within specified accounts
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal resources while managing customer inquiries and relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities and support sales cycles, including renewals and upselling
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven success in Inside Sales
  • Cyber Security experience is required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
