Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager/Sr Account Manager for the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and develop a designated sales territory, including strategic account planning and full-cycle sales execution
  • Build and strengthen relationships with SAP channel partners to drive joint opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations aligned to client needs and business goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions or HR SaaS sales experience for Account Manager role
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM or HR SaaS sales experience for Senior Account Manager role
  • Experience selling Payroll Services and/or Benefit Administration Services preferred
  • Experience with cloud software sales and selling to HR and Finance leaders strongly preferred
