Job Summary
Serving as the primary relationship lead for assigned employer clients and broker partners, the full-time remote Account Manager - Northeast will focus on client retention, strategic consultation, and leveraging data analytics to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize reporting and data analytics to identify plan performance trends and communicate actionable insights to clients
- Maintain consistent reporting cadence based on client needs and prepare for client and broker meetings with key findings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure client needs are prioritized and resolved effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience, focusing on mid-market to large group segments
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Cedargate (or related) reporting platforms
- Strong presentation skills for engaging with broker partners and C-suite executives
