Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the remote Account Manager - PA/NJ Licensed will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and collaboration with internal teams while focusing on RFP activities and client implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains assigned book of business, including RFP activity and escalated service topics
- Serves as a consulting partner for clients, collaborating with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives
- Builds and nurtures relationships with brokers through proactive communication and education on industry trends
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment
- Familiarity with the quoting process and tools is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products is required
