Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of channel partnerships, the full-time Account Manager, Partnership Sales will drive partner activation, relationship management, and revenue growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for newly signed channel partners and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for active channel partners, conducting regular business reviews to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner portfolio and collaborate with the Biz Dev team on expansion initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, channel sales, or partnership roles, ideally in SaaS or automotive technology
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and growing revenue within a partner or customer portfolio
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, with a focus on maintaining accurate data
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
