Job Summary
Leading negotiations for new and existing payor agreements, the full-time Account Manager, Payor Partnerships will manage the full contract lifecycle, build executive-level relationships, and ensure operational excellence in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for new and existing payor agreements to secure favorable reimbursement and terms
- Own the full contract lifecycle from strategy through execution, coordinating across various departments
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned payors, facilitating regular communication and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- At least five years of experience negotiating payor and/or provider agreements
- Knowledge of managed care regulations and laws related to healthcare, preferably in behavioral health
- Experience with alternative payment models, such as Value Based Programs and Risk Arrangements
- Ability to travel for corporate office visits and payor conferences as needed
