Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute account-specific relationship framework
- Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on renewals and up-sell conversations
- Work closely with customers to help them achieve their business goals and become a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of SaaS Account Management or CSM experience
- Experience owning EU book of business with targets on net retention
- Experience in B2B client-facing roles
- Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
- Experience selling payroll or regulated technology is preferred
